 OIBF Bluegrass Scramble Golf Tournament OIBF golf tournament includes performers. Byron Berline will be there. So will Barry "Bones" Patton and many other performers from the Eleventh Annual Oklahoma Internatinal Bluegrass Festival. What better way to get to know one of your favorite bluegrass entertainers and enjoy a nice relaxing day. The Scramble is scheduled for the Sunday after the Festival, rain or shine. Entry fee is $60.00 per player (includes green fees, cart). Corporate Teams are welcome.
