 Location of the Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival Historic First Capitol of Oklahoma is the home to OIBF & many great attractions in Oklahoma. For more information on Guthrie please visit a Guthrie website here. Driving Directions : The Festival site is located on Noble Avenue (also called Hwy 33) just outside downtown Guthrie, OK. We are easy to find; just take Interstate 35 to exit number 157 (Hwy 33), turn west and in about 3 miles you will find the Festival site. It starts on the 600 block of Noble and runs to College Av.
