Craft and Art Vendor Application

Welcome, Craft and Art Vendors! OIBF  is actively seeking vendors interested in showcasing and selling their products or services. With an anticipated attendance of 2,000 to 3,000 festival-goers, many of whom will be camping on-site for three days, this event offers an exceptional opportunity to generate income and present your offerings to a captive audience.

Application Deadline:  The deadline to submit applications is Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Vendor Payment:  If selected, the vendor will pay OIBF a total of $20.00., due by Sept. 1, 2025.

Vendor Notification: Selected vendors will be notified by email no later than July 1, 2025

Setup Details: Setup may begin after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Please do not set up until you have checked in with a representative from OIBF.

Weights must stay attached until the tent is collapsed for removal. Additional weights may be required depending on conditions. Be prepared for a variety of weather conditions, as this event is known for unpredictable weather.
